Keeping Busy

So I have a ton of things on my to do list before we leave next weekend for the wedding, but I keep finding myself doing other stuff to stay busy. I'm tired of cutting programs and packing bags so instead I go online and find things to bake/cook. The lighting in our apartment is terrible so the pictures aren't that good, but you still get the point of what I've been doing. I decided to make healthy Alfredo sauce the other day. I guess for Alfredo sauce it was healthy so it made me feel better about eating it. I added broccoli to strengthen the argument in my head that it was good for me.
Today I decided to make homemade cinnamon rolls. Again, I felt like it was healthier than buying cinnamon rolls from the store. I guess the best thing would to be not eating them at all, but we have very little discipline these days so a healthy version is better than not. I used whole wheat flour instead of regular and applesauce instead of butter. It only called for a little bit of sugar and then a sprinkle of brown sugar inside the roll itself. My cinnamon roll log didn't look ANYTHING like the picture, but here's to hoping they taste good anyway. We'll find out later on tonight.
So that's it for now. I should have all the wedding programs done this weekend and then it's just a matter of packing, cleaning up, and heading out. Maybe I'll stop baking random things to stay busy :)

Ahh, now I'm hungry! It all looks so yummy! I haven't had Alfredo sauce in months. I love broccoli and that totally makes it healthy! Thanks for the idea! :)
